Here's the breakdown: 

  • 80/20 commission split

  • $16,000 company cap, then $250 transaction fee

  • $149 start up fee (includes first month Cloud Brokerage fee)

  • $85/mo Cloud Brokerage fee

  • $40 risk management fee with $500 annual cap (may vary by state)

  • $25 broker review per transaction

  • Every agent at eXp is on the same commission split, 80/20 until you cap. After that you are 100% commission + transaction fee for each closed transaction during your capping period.

  • The commission cap at eXp Realty is $16,000. Once you contribute this amount to the company, (i.e. sell $2.6 million in real estate) you move to 100% commission with a transaction fee for deal closed after you cap.

  • 40+ hours of live training available each week in addition to tons of recorded trainings. Hop on a team call with your upline or grab a seat in the eXp auditorium in their virtual world.

  • Each agent at eXp receives shares of the company stock making them an owner. You receive 35 shares of stock for your first transaction each year, 75 shares when you cap, and 75 shares when a sponsored agent closes their first transaction. Agents can also choose to participate in the agent equity program an enroll to be paid 5% of every transaction commission in stock purchased at a 10% discount. Instant equity!

  • One of the biggest challenges for small business and self employed business owners is healthcare options. eXp provides agents with affordable healthcare options that offer telemedicine, mental health care, etc.

  • eXp Realty US celebrates all of our agents while also highlighting those who achieve exceptional production levels and exemplify core values. Agents can achieve ICON status by meeting or exceeding the Program’s Production Requirements during their Capping Period. Once an agent earns the ICON award during their capping period they will receive their cap back in stock.
